OUR PRACTICE

Dr. Herbert Riddle opened Cleveland Park Animal Hospital as a mixed animal practice in 1944 to serve the pets and farm animals of Greenville County. Dr. Ernest Stuart joined the practice in 1950. In 1982, our second location opened in Simpsonville to serve our growing communities. To further our commitment to provide quality care in convenient places, Travelers Rest opened its doors as our third location in 2004.

With three locations in the upstate and 11 doctors on staff, we are able to offer clients added conveniences and expanded services. Our databases are linked so you can rest easy knowing your pet’s complete medical history is available at each office in case of emergency, to pick up medications or to utilize any of our services at the location that best accommodates your needs. Our offices are open 6 days a week. Our doctors are on call 24 hrs a day, every day of the year, to accommodate large animal farm calls.

We support emerging professionals through internships and externships for doctors and veterinary technicians. For our youngest animal enthusiasts, CPAH offers educational field trip opportunities for K4-12. We are also available for speaking engagements at schools, scout troops and other organizations to discuss animal care and careers in veterinary medicine.

We believe that client education is one of the most important services we provide. It’s what sets us apart from the crowd, adds value to the relationship we share with our clients, and directly impacts the lives of our patients. Be sure to check our website for upcoming client education classes, open house events and other education materials.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to protect and celebrate the human-animal bond by utilizing a highly trained healthcare team to provide meaningful client education, exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service to each and every client.

OUR VISION

To help our clients and patients share a joyful life together
